What Was Achieved By Jesus At The Crucifixion?
At the Crucifixion Jesus Christ was cursed by God the Father. In Galatians 3:13, we read, “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'”
All believers in Jesus Christ have the legal right under the terms of the New Covenant to live a life free from the Biblical curses recorded in Genesis chapter 3.
The Crucifixion took away permanently the Curse of the Law of:
- Death
- Sickness
- Poverty
- Satan
This is not generally well understood, and we will attempt to explain it.
